With over 20 years of experience in Asia and more than 15 years in Europe and the USA, Chef Menard now shares his experience across the world. He has been nominated recently with the recognition title of President of Bocuse d’Or Asia Pacific and also chaired a panel of three judges on the famous television show: MasterChef Asia. Chef Menard’s last 3 star address, “L’Osier” in Japan, has been a wonderful venture bringing his touch of Michelin magic to the world and a new dimension of culinary to Asia.
Upon this culinary venture, Social Club Saigon and Hôtel des Arts Saigon is proud to be part of Goût de France on the 21st March 2018 among 3000 restaurants and chefs across 5 continents to celebrate gastronomy worldwide with the French epicurean tradition. Our Michelin Chef Menard will also be handing trophy to one of the three winners from the top-3 team of Bocuse d’Or Vietnam 2018.
