This August, the story turns to Chile, a land where vineyards flourish between the snow-capped Andes and the cool breezes of the Pacific Ocean. It is here that Concha y Toro crafts wines of remarkable character — from the vibrant freshness of Terrunyo Sauvignon Blanc and the graceful finesse of Amelia Pinot Noir to the profound depth of the iconic Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon.

To complement these distinguished vintages, Head Chef Christopher Clarke presents a six-course menu featuring refined creations such as Goose Mousse, Lobster Tart, Roasted Local Duck, and Wagyu Tenderloin.
