For some, Le Spa des Artistes by L’Apothiquaire is a familiar place. For others, it can be a brand-new experience. We ask that you observe spa etiquette created to maximize your enjoyment of our treatments:
• Arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself enough time to get ready. If you arrive 15 minutes late for your treatment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
• Your health and safety come first. Notify your therapist if you have any significant health issues or special needs, such as skin allergies or pregnancy, that might limit access to some of our spa treatments. Please indicate any areas of concern during the treatment.
• Jewelry should not be worn during Spa treatments and we encourage you to leave all your valuables in the safe box provided in your guest room. A jewelry box is also provided in all treatment rooms.
• We provide bathrobes, towels, slippers, and, if necessary, disposable undergarments.
• Our therapists use professional draping techniques to ensure your privacy at all times. Only the areas being worked on are exposed
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire spa area.
• To preserve our tranquil environment and ensure your utmost relaxation, please switch off or silence your mobile phones and any other audible ringing devices.
• Feel free to sleep during the treatment. Our therapists are trained to speak softly and allow you to completely relax.
• Body language or actions deemed inappropriate may result in immediate suspension of treatment.
• No food and beverages from outside are allowed in the entire Spa area.
