From Da Lat white asparagus with confit chicken and caviar, to butter-poached toothfish and stuffed Iberico pork loin, every element is designed to celebrate harmony, balance, and seasonality. The evening concludes with a refreshing lemon tart, served alongside a graceful Rosé Champagne – the perfect finale to a luminous dining experience.
