The Art of Living is the series event of #HoteldesArtsSaigon that demonstrates the different levels of life indulgence with multi-sensory journey through hâute cuisine colliding with a variety of iconic lifestyle industrial experts. This series aims to offer guests the arts not only to exhibit but also to feel and absolve. The third episode of our Art de Vivre event series – Art Meets Culinary – will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience headed by Celebrity Chef Guillaume Sanchez. The one and only night that combines art in all of its forms.

Sanchez consistently shifts the codes of gastronomy by rethinking traditional techniques, flavour combinations, ingredients and creation process. This under 30 Chef is famous for his precise and artful dish presentations, a direct reflection of his craftsmanship and extensive experience as a pâtissier  (pastry chef). Each of his inspired creations has the visual complexity of the finest French desserts, with contemporary elements, and perfectly balanced savoury notes. His unique approach to cooking sees the wide use of fermented ingredients together with his no-meat cooking style, with only seafood and vegetables featured in his dishes. This is part of a new health-conscious diet that Chef Sanchez is passionate about promoting to the world.
